However, to prevent misuse of our return policy, certain conditions must be met.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee & Return Policy


You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns & Refunds:

• The item must be in brand-new condition, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

• Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.

• Returns must be requested before sending the item back. Any unauthorized returns will not be processed.


💰 If the item meets all return requirements, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method minus return shipping costs.


Return Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund amount if a prepaid return label is provided by us.

• If you prefer, you may choose your own shipping carrier at your own expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

• If the boots appear worn, damaged, or altered, the return will be denied, and the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

• We reserve the right to limit returns for customers who repeatedly return items in unacceptable conditions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items


If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at anvilbuilttolast0@gmail.com with photos of the issue.

• If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a prepaid return label and either send a replacement or issue a refund.

• In cases of defective or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Non-Returnable Items


The following items cannot be returned:

❌ Worn, used, or damaged boots that are not in their original condition.

❌ Sale items or gift cards (final sale, no returns).

❌ Custom or special-order boots that were specifically made for the customer.

Exchanges


Need a different size or style? The fastest way to receive your desired item is to return the original pair (following the return guidelines) and place a new order once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period


For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days for any reason.

• Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refund Processing


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the refund status.

• If approved, a full refund minus return shipping costs will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

• Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
